Responsibilities:
- Preparing and reviewing compensation and benefits packages
- Implementing training and development plans
- Develop and implement HR Policies and Procedures and ensure that these best practice policies and procedures area are adhered to and are compliant with employment legislation
- Carry out additional administration assigned to the payroll team related to Benefits, off-cycle processing, time and attendance, and other tasks
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, independent advice and support to Managers/Supervisors and employees as required in disciplinary and grievance issues
- Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
- Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
- Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
- Monitor budgets by department
- Process employees’ queries and respond promptly
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
Job Requirements:
- The qualification required will be a Master’s in Human Resources or any other relevant field.
- At least 5 to 6 years of experience is required in a similar role. ( IT industry experience is plus )
- Fluent in Verbal & Written Communication.
- Strong knowledge of human resource laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
- A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills along with hands-on experience on HRM softwares.
Other Details:
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Saturday Alternate)
- Location: PECHS, Block 6, Karachi
- Timings: 12 pm till 9 pm
- Job Type: Full-time
