Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and reviewing compensation and benefits packages
  • Implementing training and development plans
  • Develop and implement HR Policies and Procedures and ensure that these best practice policies and procedures area are adhered to and are compliant with employment legislation
  • Carry out additional administration assigned to the payroll team related to Benefits, off-cycle processing, time and attendance, and other tasks
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, independent advice and support to Managers/Supervisors and employees as required in disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
  • Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
  • Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
  • Forecast hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
  • Monitor budgets by department
  • Process employees’ queries and respond promptly
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation

Job Requirements:

  • The qualification required will be a Master’s in Human Resources or any other relevant field.
  • At least 5 to 6 years of experience is required in a similar role. ( IT industry experience is plus )
  • Fluent in Verbal & Written Communication.
  • Strong knowledge of human resource laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
  • A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills along with hands-on experience on HRM softwares.

Other Details:

  • Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Saturday Alternate)
  • Location: PECHS, Block 6, Karachi
  • Timings: 12 pm till 9 pm
  • Job Type: Full-time
