GE Solucions is currently looking for an experienced individual with exceptional management skills and expertise on various E-Commerce Platforms, The role involves the process of building a direct relationship with customers and providing them with a timely value proposition, performing a variety of tasks with your customer success team.
Responsibility:
- The Manager will be responsible for providing Customer Support and Managing Relationships with customers from the US/UK Region.
- Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience, leading to sustainable business growth.
- The Customer Success Manager has to plan and initiate the different strategic processes to handle customers on various E-commerce Platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Walmart & others
- Manage the entire Customer Support Team, suggest ways, and provide timely feedback to the team for enhancing customer experience.
- Solving Complexities related to a Customer Case and providing the best possible solutions.
- Suggest Improvements for retaining customers and suggest new ideas for acquiring more customers leading to revenue growth
- Creating a positive work environment and motivating the team to achieve the desired objectives by identifying gaps and suggesting ways of improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Support Management.
- Experience in E-Commerce Sales and Strategy planning is a MUST.
- Hands-on expertise in US Marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Wish, Etsy, etc.
- Knowledge about Major Ecommerce Models like dropship, Retail arbitrage along with Amazon FBA, FBM, and PL.
- A self- starter who seeks challenges with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
