GE Solucions is currently looking for energetic & passionate individuals as call center agents for our DME Campaign. We are hiring both Fresh & Experienced candidates.

Job Responsibility:

  • The Call Center Agent will be responsible to manage and take calls in a professional and confident manner.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics and responding to calls.
  • Manage outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Identify the customer needs on call, seize the opportunity to upsell the DME Service with clear information.

Job Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, with a good accent.
  • Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar campaign is a plus and preferred (Fresh Candidates can also apply)
  • The candidate should be punctual and responsible with a positive attitude.
  • Must have basic computer knowledge.
