We are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to manage and supervise all the daily Admin-related Operations of the Company. Candidates with experience in a similar are encouraged to apply.

Job Requirements:

  • The Admin Assistant will be responsible to manage all the Admin-related tasks and supervise the janitorial staff.
  • Look after the general office management and manage the Office Supplies stocks.
  • Dealing with various vendors based on the requirements and needs.
  • The Admin Assistant will be responsible to set up workstations with necessary peripheral devices.
  • Ensuring the security and well-being of personnel and responding to emergencies to provide necessary assistance.
  • Monitor that all office equipment is operational and keep a timely check on repairs and maintenance

Job Responsibility:

  • Prior experience in a similar administration role will be preferred
  • Good Organization, Time Management, and Scheduling skills
  • Basic Computer Knowledge
  • Must be focused and give attention to detail
