We are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to manage and supervise all the daily Admin-related Operations of the Company. Candidates with experience in a similar are encouraged to apply.
- The Admin Assistant will be responsible to manage all the Admin-related tasks and supervise the janitorial staff.
- Look after the general office management and manage the Office Supplies stocks.
- Dealing with various vendors based on the requirements and needs.
- The Admin Assistant will be responsible to set up workstations with necessary peripheral devices.
- Ensuring the security and well-being of personnel and responding to emergencies to provide necessary assistance.
- Monitor that all office equipment is operational and keep a timely check on repairs and maintenance
- Prior experience in a similar administration role will be preferred
- Good Organization, Time Management, and Scheduling skills
- Basic Computer Knowledge
