GE Solucions is looking for an Admin Assistant, who can perform general administrative duties in organizing, managing, and keeping an office running.

Job Responsibility:

  • The Admin Assitant will be responsible for managing and executing all policies related to the Administration of the Office.
  • Managing and maintaining all discipline-related matters to create a workable atmosphere and help staff in all possible ways.
  • Ensuring the security, safety, and well-being of all personnel and responding to emergency situations to provide necessary assistance.
  • Supervise janitorial staff, ensuring operation of Security Equipment, and completing preventive maintenance requirements.
  • Dealing with various types of vendors based on any requirement and obtaining quotations.
  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to always ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies.
  • Help in organizing events, including ordering materials, and requisitioning meeting spaces.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification should be Intermediate, with experience in related fields such as general administration
  • Good Organization, Time Management, Detail Oriented and Scheduling Skills
  • Basic Bookkeeping experience along with expertise in Office Management Software
  • Strong Problem Solving & Good Communication skills
